This three-hour workshop includes:
- Introduction & Discussion About Our Teaching Philosophies
- 30-45 minute Matwork Class
- 30-45 minute Reformer & Equipment session
- Pre-requisite Skills List & Exercise Review
- Question & Answer session
Please note: If you are interested in our comprehensive training program, and are unable to attend an introductory workshop, you may schedule a private session with the Program Director to assess your skills, or submit a letter from your current Pilates teacher recommending you for the program.
